RPT Training offers personalized strength training. programs designed to help clients build strength, develop hypertrophy, improve health. All programs are structured based on individual goals, fitness level, training experience, and schedule.

We offer three main training options, plus a fourth service where we guide clients in setting up their own training space.

One-on-One Training

One-on-One Personal Training is designed for clients who want full supervision, personalized programming, and professional guidance during every session. Each training program is tailored to the client’s goals, fitness level, and training experience, with a strong focus on strength training, hypertrophy, mobility, injury prevention, and long-term health. The goal is to provide safe, structured, and effective training with consistent progression and measurable results.

Hybrid Training

Hybrid Training combines in-person sessions with online coaching, offering both supervision and flexibility. Clients follow a structured training program through the app while also meeting in person for technique correction, and program adjustments. This option is ideal for clients who want professional guidance and accountability while maintaining flexibility in their training schedule.

Online Training

Online Training is designed for clients who want a structured training program and professional guidance while training on their own schedule, at their own gym, at home, or while traveling. Clients receive a personalized training program through the training app, where they can track workouts, record weights, add notes, and monitor progress. The program is updated regularly to ensure progression, consistency, and long-term results.

Home Gym Setup

RPT Training helps clients design and set up their own training space at home, in a garage, condo gym, or private studio. We provide guidance on equipment selection based on goals, training level, available space, and budget. With professional guidance, you don’t need a large budget or a lot of space to build an efficient and functional training environment.
